Meet Samia Verbist
Founder, Samia Verbist Interior Design
Born and raised in Normandy, France, Samia Verbist brings a timeless French sensibility and artistic depth to every space she designs. Raised by a father who was a musician, painter, and photographer, and a mother with a love for museums and archaeology, Samia’s creative roots run deep. Her early exposure to the arts led her to study at the French Beaux-Arts in her youth, sparking a lifelong passion for aesthetics and self-expression.
She later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture in Paris in 2015, building a strong foundation in architecture, spatial planning, lighting, color theory, and 3D rendering. Her education was further enriched by specialized seminars at the Louvre Museum, where she deepened her expertise in scenography and the use of color in storytelling.
In 2016, Samia founded Samia Verbist Interior Design LLC, first serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to Newport Beach, Southern California. Today, she is a sought-after designer in Orange County, known for full-scale remodels of multi-million-dollar homes. Her work is defined by a seamless fusion of French elegance with modern American lifestyle, creating warm, sophisticated, and highly personalized interiors.
Her talent and dedication have earned her notable recognition: she was named one of the 2025 Faces of Design by Riviera Magazine and one of the Influential Women 2025 by Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine. In 2024, she also received an NKBA award for one of her standout kitchen designs.
Beyond design, Samia loves to cook for her family and friends, always ready to open a bottle of champagne for a spontaneous celebration. She finds joy in curling up with a great book, cuddling with her three beloved cats, and traveling—whether it’s visiting her family back in France, exploring the serenity of French Polynesia with her husband Marc, or discovering inspiring museums around the world. Her deep love of beauty, culture, and connection to her roots is at the heart of everything she creates.

Casey Worsham
Casey is a seasoned interior designer with eight years of experience and a degree in Interior Design from Cal State Long Beach. Known for her keen eye and thoughtful approach, she loves incorporating pops of color, bold contrasts, and a minimalist aesthetic into her designs. Outside of work, Casey enjoys relaxing at home or the beach, catching San Diego Padres games, exploring local breweries with her dog, and off-roading adventures with her family. Her laid-back personality and creative flair make her an integral part of our design team.
Flora Adika
Meet Flora, an Interior Design student at California State University, Long Beach, class of 2026. Born and raised in Togo, she brings a vibrant multicultural perspective to her creative pursuits and is fluent in both English and French. A true music enthusiast, her playlist ranges from Neo Soul and Experimental Pop to Jazz, Blues, and her favorite classical piece—Mozart’s Allegro con brio. Outside of design, she’s a devoted dog lover who adores their quirky personalities and finds joy in strolling through malls, admiring fashion and the artistry behind well-designed clothes.
